Dreamland Wax Museum: Featuring over 90 personalities from cinema, music, politics, sports, and pop culture in specially designed settings to provide an immersive and photographic experience. Each environment has been developed with high-precision scenographic techniques, ensuring realism, strategic lighting, and themes that transport visitors to entirely different universes.

Miniland: Step into a charming universe filled with fascinating scenes, including lush green fields, lively cities, surprising zoos, and busy stations. Promotional images are for illustrative purposes only. Some wax figures, scenarios, and animatronics may not be on display at the time due to maintenance or promotional activities in other locations.

As this is a promotional offer, the Passport does not include half-price tickets. It is valid for 1 year. Children up to 3 years, 11 months, and 29 days old are exempt. In such cases, a free ticket must be collected at the Dreams House ticket office.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy

Convenience

Tickets/passports do not require scheduling, as they are valid for 12 months from the purchase date.

Cancellations

According to Article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code, the right of withdrawal applies within 7 calendar days after the online purchase, provided the ticket/passport has not been used.

Cancellation must be requested via email.

Information

  • The email must include the purchase number and the reason for cancellation.
  • The request must be sent from the same email address used for the purchase.
  • Refunds will only be issued to the purchase holder.

Once the cancellation confirmation email is received, the full amount paid will be refunded using the same payment method, according to the following terms:

  1. If paid by credit card, refunds will be processed within 10 business days. The actual credit depends on the card issuer and billing cycle, and may appear in up to three statements;
  2. If paid via digital wallets (Visa Checkout, Masterpass, G Pay, Apple Pay), the same timeframe applies;
  3. If paid via PayPal, refunds may take up to 30 days, according to the provider;
  4. If paid via debit card, the refund will appear in the bank account within 7 business days;
  5. No changes to purchase details are allowed after completion. To modify, a full cancellation and new purchase are required.

No-Show

A No-Show occurs if tickets/passports are not used within the validity period or not canceled within the deadlines. No-Show tickets are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
